You may have seen us recently promoting our NEW Family Archive Starter packs! Here we’re going to give you all the information you need to decide whether one of our FREE starter packs are the right option for you…

We know that you want to begin creating your family archive, but the thought of getting started can be a little overwhelming. Our family archive starter packs are designed to help you start your family archiving journey with YourArchive.

What’s Included?

✅ Digitisation of up to 100 photos (scanning provided by our partners, It’s the story).
This includes a courier service to collect photos prior to scanning, and delivery of the orginal photos once digitised.

✅ Upload of your scans to your own archive on YourArchive (we provide up to 1GB of storage for free which equals approximately 500-600 photos)

✅ Use of all YourArchive features, including automated facial recognition

✅ Online sessions on setting up your archive, tips and tricks to get the most out of it, as well as email and telephone support

Your Questions?

• How do I get my photos to you for scanning?

  We offer a free courier service to collect photos prior to scanning, and return of the orginal photos via courier once digitised. You will need to package your photos in a sturdy box yourself to ensure they are ready for travel.

• My photos are in albums, can I send you my albums instead?

  All photos must be removed from albums or frames prior to shipping, however we can arrange this at an additional cost if required. Please email us to discuss your individual requirements.

• Is there a maximum photo/document size for scanning?

  Maximum photo/document size for scanning is 210x297mm but larger size format scanning can be arranged as a chargable service. Please email us for more information.

• I have more than 100 photos I'd like scanned. How much will this cost?

  Our scanning partners, It’s the Story will be happy to help and can provide additional scanning. The cost of this can be found on their website.

• I've got a lot of digitised images I'd like to upload to YourArchive at the same time. How much will this cost?

  We offer up to 1GB free storage (approximately 500-600 photos), options for our higher storage tiers can be found here.

• Do you require any payment details from me?

  No! As there is no charge associated with the family archive starter pack we require no payment information from you.

• Do I need to live in the UK to be eligible for the free family archive starter pack?

  Yes, due to the courier services we use to collect and deliver your photos/documents for scanning, we require you to be a UK resident at this time. HOWEVER, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.
